この椅子は、２つのリングが互いに強度を補い合い体重を支える構造になっている。さらに、それをまったく同じ直径にすることで、スタッキングも可能としている。この特徴的なリングは日本の高い曲木の技術によって実現されている。背の形状にはウィンザータイプと、明の椅子をモチーフにしたチャイニーズタイプがある。
Two differently colored frame parts support each other and strengthen this chair. The chair is designed to be stackable by using the same diameter for the two rings. These unique rings are realized by Japan’s advanced wood bending techniques. There are two types of the back of the chair – the Windsor type and the Chinese type, which features the design of a Ming chair.
